Students

Academic Transcript

This can be obtained through theUCLM Virtual Office.

Students who have taken or are currently taking official studies at the University of Castilla-La Mancha may obtain their Academic Transcript in electronic format.

In the case of doctoral studies, this includes information on the successive enrolments and evaluations, the Activity Document, the Research Plan and the thesis defence, if the studies have already been completed.

 

Enrolment certificate

This is obtained from the Campus Registry.

Provisional Degree Certificate

This can be obtained through theUCLM Virtual Office.

Students who have completed official bachelor's, master's and doctoral studies at the University of Castilla-La Mancha may obtain a Provisional Degree Certificate, provided that their application already has a national registration number and they are awaiting delivery of the paper certificate.

Professors

NOTE: Only these deposited as of 1 September 2012 will be certified at the EID. For earlier ones, please contact the department responsible for the doctoral programme where it was defended. 

Thesis supervision certificate

Those interested in obtaining certification of a thesis supervised at the UCLM should send a message todoctorado@uclm.eswith the subject "Thesis supervision certificate" and the following information in the body of the message for each thesis to be certified:

  • Full name of the doctoral candidate
  • Thesis defence date

 

Thesis jury certificate

Those interested in obtaining certification of the thesis juries at the UCLM of which he/she formed part should send a message todoctorado@uclm.eswiththe subject "Thesis jury certificate" and the following information in the body of the messagefor each thesis to be certified:

  • Full name of the doctoral candidate
  • Thesis defence date

 

 

 

Other certificates

Those interested in obtaining other certificates within the remit of the UCLM International Doctorate School should send a message todoctorado@uclm.eswith the subject "Doctoral Certificate" and the following information in the body of the message:

  • Applicant's full name
  • DNI/NIE/Passport
  • Purpose of the certificate
  • Details of the matters to be certified
