The commitment of the UCLM is to eliminate any type of discrimination caused by gender inequality in our field and to promote a set of measures aimed at its correction in order to guarantee equality, diversity and non-discrimination for all the people who make up the university community. The unstoppable progress to achieve effective equality between women and men is essential to achieve, on the one hand, a more just, tolerant and egalitarian society between women and men, which favors their progress and development and in which the fundamental rights and freedoms of all people are respected; and, on the other hand, a more democratic, committed, diverse, responsible and free of violence against women University.

The Department of Information Technologies and Systems aims to promote these principles in order to achieve full inclusion and equality in the areas of Computer Languages and Systems, and Computer Architecture and Technology, in accordance with the guidelines and the I Equality Plan of the University of Castilla-La Mancha.
