Objective

Through this platform, students who have exhausted the six exam opportunities for a bachelor's degree course or the four exam opportunities for official master's studies can request an extraordinary exam opportunity.

Access Requirements:

-Possession of corporate username and password. If you don't remember it, you can recover it at this link.

-Only students who have used up all the exam opportunities for one or more courses, according to the regulations on Progress and Continuation at the University of Castilla-La Mancha, can request this procedure.

-The latest supported versions of Internet Explorer, Edge, Firefox, or Chrome must be used.

Description

Brief description of the process:

-The student must log into the platform using their corporate username and password. If they don't remember it, they can recover it at this link.

-Next, the application will retrieve the courses for which the student has exhausted the exam opportunities as specified in the regulations.

-The student must provide the necessary supporting documentation that justifies why they were unable to pass the course within the maximum number of exam opportunities allowed by the continuation regulations (e.g., proof of work compatibility, providing work history; medical certificate in case of illness, etc.).

 

-The student must indicate for each course whether they want to be examined by the responsible professor or by an examination board. In the latter case, the student's enrolled Center, in coordination with the relevant Department, will establish an examination board according to the regulations on Progress and Continuation at the University of Castilla-La Mancha.

-The request will be resolved by the Vice-Rectorate of Students and communicated to the applicant's corporate email address.

-This communication will also be sent to the student's enrolled Center and the corresponding Academic Management Unit for further processing.
